In a new study published in the journal Autophagy, CIRI researchers have shown for the first time that, in patients with Crohn's disease, the expression of autophagic gene variants strongly affects autophagic dynamics, known as autophagic flux.
Teams from the Immunology Department of the Pitié-Salpêtrière AP-HP hospital, Inserm and Sorbonne University, coordinated by Prof. Guy Gorochov, have conducted a study on the ability of Covid-19 mRNA vaccines to induce a mucosal immune response. CIRI members took part in this study. The results were published in JAMA Network Open on April 23, 2024.
