Abstract: Immune dysregulation encompassing autoimmunity, auto/hyper inflammation, atopy, lymphoproliferation, and malignancy is a primary manifestation in several categories of inborn errors of immunity (IEI). In this seminar we will cover IEI with immune dysregulation due to defects in cytokine and T cell receptor signal transduction in children with immune dysregulation.
