Quality of life at work
The committee has two main missions:
- Suggest actions to improve working conditions at CIRI, in consultation with other commissions and committees, and with the Centre's board of directors.
If you have any suggestions, do not hesitate to contact the members of the QVCT committee, individually or collectively, at qvct.ciri[at]inserm.fr.
- Advising, supporting and guiding staff who need it, in complete confidentiality.
In the event of difficulties, our reporting contacts (personnes référent signalement) are there to help you find your way, most of them speak english, don't hesitate to contact them to find the help you need.
