Baromètre QVCT du CIRI
As part of a work to improve quality of life and working conditions, CIRI's QVCT committee has been offering a survey to all CIRI staff since May 2024. The purpose of this barometer is to track changes in staff perceptions over time, detect problems and monitor the impact of proposed actions.
The survey is anonymous and conducted online. At the beginning of 2025, it was also put forward at a general meeting to emphasize its importance, which led to more responses.
A few questions unrelated to the QVCT are also asked, to consult as many people as possible on issues affecting the organization of the Centre's life.
